How To Radiate Beauty: ( My Personal Favorites)
- Check in with yourself~ lay in bed at least 2 minutes and be thankful for at least 2 things each morning before you hit the ground running.
- Take a technology break~ turn off all phones, computers etc. for an hour. Sit quietly and breathe.
- Buy yourself a special treat~ a coffee, a book, a lip-gloss etc.
- Spend ten minutes in nature~ and it's free!
- Meditate~ try Maternity Salon's mini meditations (they are fast and easy!) available on our blog and http://youtu.be/E3mrcN6WJsY
