Here are some great tips to help you maintain a balanced and joyous holiday:
- Put yourself on the calender/schedule (at least 30 minutes a day!)
- Use the schedule time to take a lovely hot bath, meditate, pray, listen to your favorite music in a quiet special place, get a yummy treat and feed your soul.
- Schedule a blow out at a salon, this is a quick and easy feel good treat (one of my favorites!)
- Schedule a sitter at least once a week for two hours and do something nurturing for yourself!
- A clear glaze (can be found in the haircolor aisle of most drug/supermarket) fast, easy, no mess and instantly adds a fabulous shine to all hair types!!!
- Enjoy the moment , focus on ONLY the good stuff and be thankful.
