Holiday Me Time

Here we are, another holiday season is here and most of us are rushing and stressed. With all the extra chores and entertaining we surely forget the most important gift, nurturing ourselves.

Here are some great tips to help you maintain a balanced and joyous holiday:
  1. Put yourself on the calender/schedule (at least 30 minutes a day!)
  2. Use the schedule time to take a lovely hot bath, meditate, pray, listen to your favorite music in a quiet special place, get a yummy treat and feed your soul.
  3. Schedule a blow out at a salon, this is a quick and easy feel good treat (one of my favorites!)
  4. Schedule a sitter at least once a week for two hours and do something nurturing for yourself!
  5. A clear glaze (can be found in the haircolor aisle of most drug/supermarket) fast, easy, no mess and instantly adds a fabulous shine to all hair types!!!
  6. Enjoy the moment , focus on ONLY the good stuff and be thankful.
